An unrehearsed and largely unedited exercise in free speech - or just a way to foist my tiny little life and unsubstantiated opinions upon the world.

While I don't agree with a lot of the current administration's policies, there's nothing "trumped up" about the illegal immigration situation and illegal aliens are "so-called" because that's exactly what they are.
I certainly wouldn't argue with that. My problems are more with the manner in which they do business, the overall atmosphere of secrecy, and the erosion of civil liberty.
I read yesterday that the administration is gearing up for two years of possibly having to advance their agenda without a rubber-stamp congress, which will likely mean more secrecy and back room dealing.
But I won't count my chickens before the votes are counted. Nearly everyone thought last time would be the end, and everyone that thought so turned out to be wrong.
