beware, the presentation program with googledocs is very limiting in file size. i recently had a similar issue preparing for a national presentation with people from three different museums across the country. it was super image/video heavy and ate googledocs for lunch. we used a file sharing program called driveway (i think it's just driveway.com) to great success.
