I can't help but wonder -- in her little head, what has changed so drastically in her life that now she needs to do this? From all of your accounts, the other kids are fine; it is only she who is acting out this way; litterbox is not an issue; she is loved and cuddled. I'm stumped.
FYI. She's welcome to move to Monroe if you're ever serious about re-homing her. If she has claws she'll be fine as an outdoor cat here -- she'll need those claws to show Max that she's not to be messed with. He's rather dim in the kitty department.
