Another day, another renovation picture.
Today, carpet up, pad up, clean floor, tape & paint base, replace electrical covers.
Its a wonder to me what people will cover with cruddy beige carpeting. The furniture people called to confirm delivery today. So I guess we're right on schedule.

your floor is bee-you-tea-full. Why would anyone put carpet over that? I have beautiful floors in my apartment, we don't even have rugs.
Well, I know why my parents covered an entire second floor with carpet... they had a toddler and a kindergartener and couldn't handle the noise. So sometimes there is a reason.
Rock on with the remodeling!
The paint looks great! It's so much different now. More personality already.
